At the international tasting competition The Global Gin Masters 2019 BARRISTER PINK was awarded a silver medal in the category Flavoured Gin. He had to compete with recognized world brands.
The decision of awarding was taken collectively by experts of the competition. Traditionally, the jury consisted of well-known mixologists, bar managers, analysts and journalists, as well as heads of specialized organizations.
One of the members of the jury Ben Lindsay was amazed how the category of Flavoured has developed in recent years: "As flavored gin continues to be the most discussed subcategory, I was looking forward to this part of the tasting. When we evaluated this category earlier, there were comments about the overly sweet nature of flavored gins, but I was surprised that this time the samples did not contain sweet or synthetic fruit flavors."
According to the results of tasting event, organized by the prestigious rating company Beverage Testing Institute (Chicago) in 2018, BARRISTER DRY received 93 points and was awarded the gold medal and the title of Best Buy. Last year The Global Gin Masters BARRISTER OLD TOM was awarded a gold medal in the category Contemporary (modern style). In the same category, BARRISTER DRY received a silver medal. Also in the treasure of the brand awards is a silver medal of the prestigious competition World Gin AWARDS.
